Diver training

BSAC offers 7 progressive levels of diver training:

• Discovery Diver - basic skills, 12m depth, nitrox
• Ocean Diver - safety skills, 20m depth, nitrox
• Advanced Ocean Diver - 30m depth, nitrox
• Sport Diver - rescue / deco skills, 40m depth
• Dive Leader - dive manager / guide skills
• Advanced Diver - expedition manager skills
• First Class Diver

Instructor training

BSAC offers 7 progressive levels of instructor training:

• Assistant Diving Instructor
• Assistant Open Water Instructor
• Theory Instructor / Practical Instructor
• Open Water Instructor
• Advanced Instructor

Skill development

BSAC offers complementary skill development courses that cover 5 different activities:
